We purchased a new Chevrolet in Rhode Island On our way back, we had an issue come on with the truck. We were able to leave it at Executive Chevrolet. Mark was exceptional and taking care of us.. we left it on Tuesday and we picked it up on Wednesday. Very happy with the service that they provided.. in fact we’re so happy. We brought another truck there that we were having issues with that’s 10 years old having a business. It’s important to have reliable dealerships that you can count on for the vehicles that we drive. We are now a lifetime customer.. thank you Mark for all your help and thank everybody there at Executive Chevrolet we’re gonna need more trucks and we will definitely consider you guys next time instead of driving to Rhode Island. I had a unique situation. My car was in for a warranty repair that we then found out GM no longer made the part in the vehicle could not be fixed. The dealership worked with GM corporate and myself to get a deal done to get me out of that current car and into something else despite some of the difficulties and hurdles in my particular situation will definitely come back here again..

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership I recently purchased a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq from Kellen, I asked Kellen several times i do not want to be charged for vin etch of course after signing the paper work then going home and looking at the paper work the charged me $399 for the vin etch that Kellen told me he would take care of. while going over the paper work I also noticed that they did not deduct my $2000.00 deposit. there is a clear line on the paper work for the deduction and was left blank the only it showed was my $9000 trade in after speaking to Kellen he was told by a manager you should have looked at the paper before you signed it. Pretty much saying to bad for you. Do not buy a vehicle from these people that are rip off artist

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership I recently purchased a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq from Kellen, I asked Kellen several times i do not want to be charged for vin etch of course after signing the paper work then going home and looking at the paper work the charged me $399 for the vin etch that Kellen told me he would take care of. while going over the paper work I also noticed that they did not deduct my $2000.00 deposit. there is a clear line on the paper work for the deduction and was left blank the only it showed was my $9000 trade in after speaking to Kellen he was told by a manager you should have looked at the paper before you signed it. Pretty much saying to bad for you. Do not buy a vehicle from these people that are rip off artist

Mark was exceptional and taking care of us.. we left it on Tuesday and we picked it up on Wednesday. Very happy with the service that they provided.. in fact we’re so happy. We brought another truck there that we were having issues with that’s 10 years old having a business. It’s important to have reliable dealerships that you can count on for the vehicles that we drive. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership I recently purchased a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq from Kellen, I asked Kellen several times i do not want to be charged for vin etch of course after signing the paper work then going home and looking at the paper work the charged me $399 for the vin etch that Kellen told me he would take care of. while going over the paper work I also noticed that they did not deduct my $2000.00 deposit. there is a clear line on the paper work for the deduction and was left blank the only it showed was my $9000 trade in after speaking to Kellen he was told by a manager you should have looked at the paper before you signed it. Pretty much saying to bad for you. Do not buy a vehicle from these people that are rip off artist

Mark was exceptional and taking care of us.. we left it on Tuesday and we picked it up on Wednesday. Very happy with the service that they provided.. in fact we’re so happy. We brought another truck there that we were having issues with that’s 10 years old having a business. It’s important to have reliable dealerships that you can count on for the vehicles that we drive. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership I recently purchased a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq from Kellen, I asked Kellen several times i do not want to be charged for vin etch of course after signing the paper work then going home and looking at the paper work the charged me $399 for the vin etch that Kellen told me he would take care of. while going over the paper work I also noticed that they did not deduct my $2000.00 deposit. there is a clear line on the paper work for the deduction and was left blank the only it showed was my $9000 trade in after speaking to Kellen he was told by a manager you should have looked at the paper before you signed it. Pretty much saying to bad for you. Do not buy a vehicle from these people that are rip off artist
