The issue recurred the day I picked it up. I messaged immediately. It is working again, though I'm nervous about whether it will STAY 'fixed'. But, more importantly, I have yet to be contacted to follow-up; but I've received SEVERAL requests to 'rate' the service.

I went there for an air-conditioning issue and it's still

I went there for an air-conditioning issue and it's still not resolved because they did not have the parts. I went there for a brake issue and it's still not resolved because they did not have the parts. I got my car detailed and it looks terrible and I paid $170 for that. I believe I got an oil change but I'm that's only from word-of-mouth. I have no proof otherwise. Mark was very helpful and kind. I have no issues with Mark. at the end of the day My Vehicle stayed there for two days basically to get a very poor wash without even the windows being cleaned and be spending a lot of money on It.

Beautiful dealership. Service was ok. Salesman could have given me more attention he kept leaving me at his desk alone and walking around. I traveled 300 miles to pick up this 2025 pre certified EV Blazer and was never given a car charger that should have come with the vehicle. I was blatantly lied to & told that the 2025 EV blazer SS never came with a charger when it was brand new.. Then when I said I wanted a charger they tried to sell me one at cost from another new car for $500. Total xxxxxxxx. Took 3 hours to take in my trade and process paperwork and spend time with the business manager.. an exhausting experience unfortunately..

Beautiful dealership. Service was ok. Salesman could have given me more attention he kept leaving me at his desk alone and walking around. I traveled 300 miles to pick up this 2025 pre certified EV Blazer and was never given a car charger that should have come with the vehicle. I was blatantly lied to & told that the 2025 EV blazer SS never came with a charger when it was brand new.. Then when I said I wanted a charger they tried to sell me one at cost from another new car for $500. Total xxxxxxxx. Took 3 hours to take in my trade and process paperwork and spend time with the business manager.. an exhausting experience unfortunately..

I went there for an air-conditioning issue and it's still

I went there for an air-conditioning issue and it's still not resolved because they did not have the parts. I went there for a brake issue and it's still not resolved because they did not have the parts. I got my car detailed and it looks terrible and I paid $170 for that. I believe I got an oil change but I'm that's only from word-of-mouth. I have no proof otherwise. Mark was very helpful and kind. I have no issues with Mark. at the end of the day My Vehicle stayed there for two days basically to get a very poor wash without even the windows being cleaned and be spending a lot of money on It.

Beautiful dealership. Service was ok. Salesman could have given me more attention he kept leaving me at his desk alone and walking around. I traveled 300 miles to pick up this 2025 pre certified EV Blazer and was never given a car charger that should have come with the vehicle. I was blatantly lied to & told that the 2025 EV blazer SS never came with a charger when it was brand new.. Then when I said I wanted a charger they tried to sell me one at cost from another new car for $500. Total xxxxxxxx. Took 3 hours to take in my trade and process paperwork and spend time with the business manager.. an exhausting experience unfortunately..

I went there for an air-conditioning issue and it's still

I went there for an air-conditioning issue and it's still not resolved because they did not have the parts. I went there for a brake issue and it's still not resolved because they did not have the parts. I got my car detailed and it looks terrible and I paid $170 for that. I believe I got an oil change but I'm that's only from word-of-mouth. I have no proof otherwise. Mark was very helpful and kind. I have no issues with Mark. at the end of the day My Vehicle stayed there for two days basically to get a very poor wash without even the windows being cleaned and be spending a lot of money on It.

I went there for an air-conditioning issue and it's still

I went there for an air-conditioning issue and it's still not resolved because they did not have the parts. I went there for a brake issue and it's still not resolved because they did not have the parts. I got my car detailed and it looks terrible and I paid $170 for that. I believe I got an oil change but I'm that's only from word-of-mouth. I have no proof otherwise. Mark was very helpful and kind. I have no issues with Mark. at the end of the day My Vehicle stayed there for two days basically to get a very poor wash without even the windows being cleaned and be spending a lot of money on It.

I traveled 300 miles to pick up this 2025 pre certified EV Blazer and was never given a car charger that should have come with the vehicle. I was blatantly lied to & told that the 2025 EV blazer SS never came with a charger when it was brand new.. Then when I said I wanted a charger they tried to sell me one at cost from another new car for $500. Total xxxxxxxx. Took 3 hours to take in my trade and process paperwork and spend time with the business manager.. an exhausting experience unfortunately..

I went there for an air-conditioning issue and it's still not resolved because they did not have the parts. I went there for a brake issue and it's still not resolved because they did not have the parts. I got my car detailed and it looks terrible and I paid $170 for that. I believe I got an oil change but I'm that's only from word-of-mouth. I have no proof otherwise. Mark was very helpful and kind. I have no issues with Mark. at the end of the day My Vehicle stayed there for two days basically to get a very poor wash without even the windows being cleaned and be spending a lot of money on It.

Beautiful dealership. Service was ok. Salesman could have given me more attention he kept leaving me at his desk alone and walking around. I traveled 300 miles to pick up this 2025 pre certified EV Blazer and was never given a car charger that should have come with the vehicle. I was blatantly lied to & told that the 2025 EV blazer SS never came with a charger when it was brand new.. Then when I said I wanted a charger they tried to sell me one at cost from another new car for $500. Total xxxxxxxx. Took 3 hours to take in my trade and process paperwork and spend time with the business manager.. an exhausting experience unfortunately..
