My truck needed brakes. The price was double what I had expected even considering dealership pricing. When I picked up the vehicle the brake pedal was soft and the brake fluid was low. I cannot believe the vehicle was test driven before the job was completed.

The A/C system wasn't working. The problem was resolved. The technician Lou had to figure out while the A/C wasn't working. It was the compressor which he replaced.

I have been going here since it was family owned Valente Chevrolet. I was concerned when it became corporate owned, but they still provide the same great service.
Always welcoming & polite. They do a good job & don’t “push” suggestions on a customer, but discuss. My only issue this time was returning to the dealership about the time my car would be finished, only to find it hadn’t been taken in yet! I only wish I would have been kept informed that they were running late. That’s all. But I will continue to use their services!

Loved the haggle free, car in great condition. Cleans it up for us and put gas in it. Reasonable dealer fee, NO HIDDEN FEES. Would definitely recommend, and would but from there again in a heartbeat!!!

Kristin Hottin was a wonderful salesperson. She was knowledgeable, friendly and never did I feel like I was being pushed into anything I didn’t want. She listened to what I felt I was looking for while showing me things Chevy had to offer. This convinced me to buy a car when I actually was just window shopping in the lot. I would not hesitate to recommend Kristin Hottin to anyone who is looking, or thinks they might be looking for a new car. In fact, I have recommended her to 3 people in the past month.
Had my front brakes replaced. The tech and advisor did a good job. Work was fast and truck is working as expected. Advisor also helped with lowering cost with a coupon and using my account rewards that i forgot about. Will be back to do my rear brakes.

Carlos S great salesperson, not pushy, always with a smile and knows his stuff. Mary in finance was so efficient and answered all questions and Obed makes it happen! Dealership was easy to deal with. Good website, salesman Roz was awesome to work with. Everything was straight forward. Only room for improvement is the detail shop could have been a little more though.

He wasn’t “hidden” somewhere on the premises. Although I tried to get a better price on my truck, they stuck to the original price. I have to admit, I respect that. No xxxxxx business with the price.
