These guys are great! The service agent I worked with was awesome. He kept me in the loop with updates on my vehicle's servicing - it was a bigger service so they needed the vehicle all day. The agent helped me understand some of the additional items that were discovered. Normally, I'd say it was the service center trying to get more $$ out of me, but when the agent explained what could happen without addressing the issue, some things were already happening that I did not mention. And the tech... well the tech was nothing short of incredible! ...

I brought my 2015 Silverado in for a bad lifter. Which also damaged the cam shaft. I dealt with Mark there the whole time, and he was nothing but helpful and updated me whenever he could as to how the work on my motor was going. This by far is the best Chevrolet service department that I have ever experienced! Service Advisor Max Pieper was extremely customer friendly and knowledgeable of his job. The service tech located the cause of a minor oil leak on my Colorado and explained in detail what the repair would entail. I purchased my 2015 Chevy vehicle from Executive back in 2017 as a certified pre-owned. Recently I had a major transmission failure that caused me a large expensive replacement. Unfortunately within days of receiving it, my engine also had a massive failure where I needed to replace lifters.
