I went there for an air-conditioning issue and it's still not resolved because they did not have the parts. I went there for a brake issue and it's still not resolved because they did not have the parts. I got my car detailed and it looks terrible and I paid $170 for that. Drove 1.5hrs to see a car after making an appt and the vehicle wasn't there. Bought the vehicle. Picked up the vehicle on tues. Was told plates would be overnighted once they arrived at dealer. They arrived Thurs to dealer. It's now Sunday evening and still no plates.

I had a unique situation. My car was in for a warranty repair that we then found out GM no longer made the part in the vehicle could not be fixed. The dealership worked with GM corporate and myself to get a deal done to get me out of that current car and into something else despite some of the difficulties and hurdles in my particular situation will definitely come back here again..

I had an issue with my 4xe wrangler. I knew what the issues was. I jump started it and dropped it off, and they had it all set by noon the next day under warranty.
They performed work for which they billed my insurance company $20,000, and now my air conditioner isn't working—and the very same dealer that damaged it refuses to fix it.
Had to have my engine replaced in our brand new car. Even though it was very disappointing they have both been super helpful throughout the process. Shawn truly goes above and beyond to help customers and ensure they are satisfied.
This was a different and much more pleasant buying experience than I'd had at others dealerships in the past. The sales staff that I worked with (Brian and Kristen) were welcoming and sincere and were very transparent on prcing and the trade-in valuation process. As a result, the whole car buying experience was a lot more efficient than previous ones and I was left with a very positive impression of the dealership.

Everyone was extremely nice and professional. They closed at 5pm. They didn't get finished with me until around 8:30pm. I felt really bad but Carlos kept assuring us that it was okay. He even wanted to go over all the features of the truck after the deal was completed
