The salesperson Sam was excellent. I have issues with the parts/service department. I asked for seatbelt extensions. The tech there said that GM doesn't make them for my vehicle. I maybe able to purchase them from Amazon etc. My Mom purchased the same vehicle from a different dealer and also requested extensions, and was given them. I tried it in mine and of course it fits. Interesting...

Great service team. I was planning to wait for my trucks 15,000 mile service and Mark was very transparent with me that it might be a while because there were two recalls. I appreciated that he communicated with me so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering what was taking so long.


I was able to quickly schedule an appointment sooner here than at several other Chevy dealerships. Mark was friendly and helpful. Techs diagnosed the issue quickly, had the part in stock and replaced same day. And, service/repair was covered under my warranty so it was a good experience all around.

I cannot say enough about my visit, if there were 100 stars it isn't enough. My check engine light came on, they had to take motor apart to fix it. They kept it 2 days and got it done correctly. The best part is it was free. I didn't realize my car had an emissions policy for 150,000 10 year warranty. I love Chevy products, and Executive chevrolet is top notch.

She told me a 2024 and a 2022 was available. Both totally met my needs and I bought the 2024 . Kristin helped us through everything. Very much appreciated.
