I think the service department is fantastic! They work with you not only on the surface you need but things in the future to give you an idea of what it will cost so you can make sure it happens.

The A/C system wasn't working. The problem was resolved. The technician Lou had to figure out while the A/C wasn't working. It was the compressor which he replaced.

My only issue this time was returning to the dealership about the time my car would be finished, only to find it hadn’t been taken in yet! I only wish I would have been kept informed that they were running late. That’s all. But I will continue to use their services!

Kristin Hottin was a wonderful salesperson. She was knowledgeable, friendly and never did I feel like I was being pushed into anything I didn’t want. She listened to what I felt I was looking for while showing me things Chevy had to offer. This convinced me to buy a car when I actually was just window shopping in the lot. I would not hesitate to recommend Kristin Hottin to anyone who is looking, or thinks they might be looking for a new car. In fact, I have recommended her to 3 people in the past month.

Had my front brakes replaced. The tech and advisor did a good job. Work was fast and truck is working as expected. Advisor also helped with lowering cost with a coupon and using my account rewards that i forgot about. Will be back to do my rear brakes.

Dealership was easy to deal with. Good website, salesman Roz was awesome to work with. Everything was straight forward. Only room for improvement is the detail shop could have been a little more though.

Scheduled my appointment immediately and acknowledged my problem, and fixed it promptly. A rival dealership wouldn't give me an appointment for 2 weeks.

The gentleman at the service desk was ok. Answering my questions and letting me know what service is needed. So on the other hand we gave the oil changer or (technician) The reason why this rating was he spilt oil on the engine, smell it burn off. Done it, use a rag. Dripped on my front bumper. The most disturbing is he left my right front tire at 24 pounds and did not replace cap.i can only assume that he was distracted, glad it wasn't a vett!

I called a week in advance for a recall. The rep assured me the part will be there and ready. Drop the Van Saturday afternoon to have it ready for Monday afternoon. I had to called 3 times to find out what was going on. Was told someone will update me in 30 minutes. No call Called again was told it will be ready. Called again. No the part was "defective" it won't be ready until tomorrow Tuesday. I had to pick it up and drop it off next week. My rate is 1 out of 10
